WHAT IS VALET TRASH?
Valet trash is a nightly scheduled trash collection service for multifamily properties that removes trash and recycling from residents doorstep and transports it to the communities designated trash area.
HOW OUR SERVICE WORKS
Parliament Valet Services offers trash collection 5 days a week, Sunday-Thursday. We will give every unit a Parliament Valet 13-gallon trash can free of charge. When residents need their trash taken out, they will tie their trash bag off and set the trash can outside their door any time between 6 pm-8 pm on the days Sunday-Thursday. Our trained and background-checked employees will arrive at the property at 8 pm to navigate the complex and collect the trash from the units that have their cans out. Once collection is complete, they will dispose of the garbage in the designated trash area. Residents will bring their trash cans back inside their unit by the following morning. Violations by residents will incur a fee.

HOW VALET TRASH WORKS
Tenants will place trash in Parliament Valet Service-issued 13-gallon trash cans.
When tenants' trash bags are full, they will tie them off and place their trash can outside between 6-8 pm on the days Sunday-Thursday.
A PVS-trained trash collector will arrive on the property at 8 pm to collect and dispose of tenants' trash in the community-designated dumpster.
Tenants then must retrieve their trash can from their doorstep by the following morning.
